The Road Less Traveled
My first introduction to real estate didn't come from a classroom or a licensing course — it came from watching my dad.
He was both a developer and an agent, and what struck me most growing up wasn't the transactions or the properties.
It was the way he worked with people. He listened. He took the time to understand where someone was in their life, what
they needed, and how to help them get there. That approach left a mark on me that I've never forgotten.
I didn't go straight into real estate. After my dad's passing I carved out a career of my own first, spending years as a filmmaker
building something I was proud of. But as that career grew, so did my curiosity about property. I started investing — quietly at
first, then with real intention — and somewhere along the way a genuine love for real estate took hold.
Since then I've accumulated hands-on experience that most agents simply don't have. Buying properties, managing them,
navigating the challenges that come with ownership — I've lived the process from the inside out. I know what it feels like
to be on the other side of the table, and that changes how I show up for every client I work with.
Born and raised in the Salt Lake Valley, I've watched this market grow and evolve my entire life. I spend my time exploring
the Wasatch Front on my bike, covering roads and neighborhoods that most people only know from a map. This isn't a market
I studied — it's a place I know deeply and personally.
